I would not be interested in your counter offers based on repair issues after inspections and would move on to the next buyer.

My counter offer went in with the requirement of showing offers with willing and able buyers at a $1,000 over the highest offer, basically what the deal was, with proof of offers, it came back accepted at $1,000 over my last offer! 

They will email you after the auction ends with their counteroffer and you can either decide if that price works for you and if not it will go back up for auction as you outlined. 

Keep in mind you can do a multiple counteroffer addendum if this comes up again.

Grant it I still have to wait and see if the offer is accepted or a counter offer comes back, but all in all I am ready to go after the next one!!
