Whether or not mobile home parks, engaged in the business of renting residential property, subject to Colorado housing and anti-discrimination laws?

I would just say that due to the legal and regulatory structure of New York - which is very anti-landlord and makes foreclosure extremely difficult and costly - lenders are generally going to have to pass that risk/cost off to borrowers which can translate into higher rates, higher fees and/or less options.

However, purchasing it today would almost require STR to make money and their is anti STR sentiment at the state level and to a slightly lesser extent the city level.

Ohio has some of the strictest landlord laws in the country and is very pro-tenant anti-landlord. 

     So I have a neighbor who unfortunately happened to move into a corner lot circle across from my property, ever since he has moved he told my other neighbor who shared with me information that he is anti pro short term rentals.

Likely the state wouldn't have issue with banning tenants (state government is pretty anti-cannabis) and marijuana is illegal on the federal level.

I currently work in the Anti-Money Laundering industry with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance.

I don't think the tenants understand they think as the landlord I can just go up there and throw them out or kick the dogs outside when I can't as far as I know by law new York is very anti landlord with laws and processes.
