I want to know if I should attend some of the real estate investment courses that are advertised on television or should I just purchase some of the best books on the market to educate myself?

Have you tried attending any local Real Estate Investor meetings?

Both those guys and myself attend the REI meetings and it's a great way to network with like minded people.

You'll find plenty of informative discussions and posts on all.If you haven't done so already, I would encourage you to join the local REIA's and attend the meetings.

I attend most of the AZREIA subgroups and they're definately worth the membership.  

If I can schedule my visit on a Tuesday, I would definitely attend the wholesaler meetup.

Unfortunately I will not be able to attend as I have already made plans meeting with some other investors that night.
