The money STR’s generate for the area is astronomical, not to the amount of jobs that tourism creates here.  

We are banking on a combination of Trail growth, rafting growth, and tourism growth related to Summersville Lake (if the CoE ever gets their heads in the game).I'm also available for any questions - let me know if you need anything!

That made a huge difference in affordability.If I stay in the region, I am wanting to look at Vietnam.   

As mentioned above I think Tampa will continue to grow both is regards to the market as a whole for real estate as well as for the tourism market.

In the traditional North Carolina vacation rental markets, STRs are not typically regulated as the economy in these areas are reliant on the tourism and occupancy tax dollars.

They bring money, tourism, investments and renting those properties short term doesn't prevent the local renters to rent because they couldn't afford this type of property.

This accepted extortion hurts the country in so many ways from unfinished projects to less tourism. 

With this designation I personally anticipate, at the minimum, an increase in tourism and short-term rentals.

Tourism is also only 7% of the GDP in Puerto Rico compared to 30-50% for most Caribbean islands.Hope this helps!
