West Virginia Opportunities

Posted

I am a newbie at investing. I’ve taken the last year and have invested in education. The market in Southern West Virginia has great potential. Especially around the Trail system. I have already found a few deals where the houses are being sold way below market value. Problem is that I’m just getting started. It’s hard to find the funds. What are some good ways to fund your deals? Any advice is welcomed!

@Kaleb Andrew Hanshaw I am from southern WV. The homes are not under market value, our market is just that bad. Having said that, I agree with you, lots of money to be made if you do things correct. Feel free to send me a PM if you wish.
