If so, they do not need to provide a W-9, as they will be 1099'd through their processor (I know because I ran my own business and got them each year from processor), and you do not need to issue a 1099 (at least that's what my quickbooks tells me when I process my 1099s each year).That being said, I would talk to your CPA about what you need to make sure you are covered.
