Since moving back to VT from western MA seven years ago I've been struck by the sense that I would be able to meet all the major players in whatever endeavor I take on within a few months of embarking on the project.

I'm open to some markets outside of CA, but preferably in the western part of the US.  

I lived in Western Washington, mostly Seattle, for over two decades, but am now down in Oregon.

So far my market research leads me to believe that I'll find the best prospects on the outskirts of large metro areas, and I've decided for now I'd like to stay within the western U.S.

The last action by the lender was to file for a substitution of trustee for what appears to be a collection foreclosure servicing company called Western Progressive, LLC.All attempts to contact the lender to get a payoff previously have been to no avail.
