Househacking is all about cutting down on your living expenses, and that means different things to different people.

@Ally Gao- you dont say they  are  unwilling to move  so no need for lrgal moves yet ...to help them move out - maybe consider  cutting them the amount that  they owe you  as an incentive to get  some  paid back  PLUS to get them out of the unit 

"Good" doesn't mean cheap, "good" to me, means reasonable prices with quality finishes, good time management, adequate experience and no cutting corners.

This can hinder learning, and also cut into very useful profits for growing and expanding.
