One idea I have is to "shadow" a real estate investor (although I am not entirely sure how to go about asking for / finding this kind of opportunity), but I am wondering if anyone has insight into other ways to gain a comparable level of experience.If anyone has insight into any or all of these topics, I would greatly appreciate the feedback.

I am looking for the agreement that states the terms of payment and details of communications to ensure I am getting paid and the person told me that is based on verbal communications of trust between the two.

I'm basically at water level on this, and I don't know that other investors could make this cashflow any more than I could without me selling at a huge loss. 

They have told me that to go past the first level of fighting your taxes, to the appeals part of the process, you need to have an attorney but that it gets expensive quickly.

I know that it’s doable but the way Josh and his team make it so easy to just focus on the inbound leads captured from the Facebook feeds is next level for me and my company! 

Hi Karen - Building strong, reliable relationships with a few key lenders can simplify the process and build trust over time.

I would rather be part of the GP.Broker-Dealers don't touch deals as small as the ones done by most real estate investors at this level.

I have a trusted handyman in the area that helps out with renovations/ repairs.

I've too often seen an out of area investor get tied up financially with trusting a whole-salers or seller's description or promise of return / ARV.

Trust me, almost nobody and no single thing is worth the stress of your peace of mind.This doesn't mean don't put an effort in, just accept what it is when the dice doesn't roll your way.
