Especially when the same company is advertising for investors to meet face to face when they travel to California - the land of the out of state investor! 

I have considered any and every expense associated with the project, including credit card/paypal fee's, credit card interest payments, travel expenses.

Travelling contractors is who I rent to. 

I am doing everything virtual for now while I travel with the military, so honestly any title company thats works nation wide would be good.

These are typically more like corporate housing or traveling medical professionals.Short term rentals—We've used Airbnb selectively as a way to turbo-charge properties that maybe have a small funky unit that can't command strong rents but still is a bear to heat in the winter. 

Furnish it like you would with a STR, but find gainfully employed tenants such as travelling nurses, project managers, visiting professors and such. 

Traveling personally with the funds is not possible as well being that you cannot travel with more than $10,000.

I haven't been able to go in the past year or so because I travel for work and my schedule can get crazy.

I work remotely as well and travel to Princeton twice a week and go into NYC once or twice a week.

Now I'm hunting for a good credit card for rehab expenses that will ideally give us some nice travel points.
