Typically, we see waves of people who'd like to connect followed by quiet times when people are attending speaker presentations, workshops, etc. 

All of the speakers had told us that we can get the slides and other contents like sample contracts etc through BP.

Morning coffee will be more personal, more accountability type group, less networking, more of situations where the attendees popcorn questions to the group and everyone answers together.The evening one will be heavy networking and 1 on 1 conversation with other attendees and also hearing from a guest speaker each month. 

BP,Last night our PREIMA group had a guest speaker from a company called Community Buying Group.  

PMI property management is one of the speaker at the panel.

There will be a ton of great speakers and many successful local investors who could be great resources for you.Good luck to you!

Hi,I would suggest going to the local REIA's because sometimes they have speakers whose niche is wholesaling.

The first time I went was in June, but that time it was just about networking (no speakers) - it was a low turn-out that night (which they expected due to many graduations at several local high schools) and I was kind of overwhelmed at that meeting (my husband had just had a stroke the night before and was in the hospital and I was a long-term substitute teacher stressing about being prepared for Open House that was happening the next night - I didn't even want to go that night, I wanted to go to the hospital to be with my husband, but he insisted that I go). 

@Michael Lee thank you for taking the time to be as thorough as you were there was lots of great advice in there, I found the speaker that you were talking about and I agree with what he has to say much as you do.

They usually have a speaker but they designate 30-45min strictly for networking.
