Don't think those are reasonable to ask for compensation for after a home inspection since they were in plain view and reasonable for you to consider in your initial offer.

So we bought a house in a city auction, it has a person living inside, after traying to make a deal without luck, we do an eviction, win in firts instance with the city court, now the person have done delay tactics like calling sick, saying she will do a redemption and later just dissapering and right now asking for an appeal in short its like 10 months so far living there for free....Can we do something to try to pressure or something?

I had also have many issues with contractors, and I have my share of nightmare stories that got me sick and in the hospital.......but I'd do it all again in a heartbeat.

Easy to find, but also not sitting in plain sight to passers by.I thought if that box was broken into by a vandal or thief they wouldn’t be able to gain immediate access to tenant units if I only put the outer door’s key inside it.
