@Jeff Glass I was under the impression that the with an installment sale you got 95% of the sale price and you had to pay back any depreciation that you had taken thus far.   

There always should be the first impression and can you add value. 

Based upon their website, I'm not terribly impressed with their professionalism.  

However I was under the impression that all of the deceased owned real estate property, in which I found was not the case.

They are not desperately in need of being refinished, but they definitely look worn.2) Update the kitchen by adding some new cabinets, replacing the appliances and doing a new (composite) countertop.

I was under the impression that it was two years, but you should double check and get it straight from the source.

I've been under the impression that absolute dollar amounts were taboo FOR YEARS.

Looks impressive.

One thing that really made an impression on me was a giant map of Memphis on the wall with large sections X'd out and labeled "War Zone".
