It's a benefit to society to enlighten our youth. 

Can someone enlighten me on what info a realtor gets off mls verses what I'm able to view.

I like to have tenants verify by initializing that the dectors are working upon move in and then that they are responsible and have been trained to check them, and to change batteries.Seems prudent and brings heightened awareness to avoid a tragedy.

I'm happy to do that elsewhere if it proves to be enlightening to others.
