Curious if there was anyone on this forum currently AirBNBing properties out in Portugal, whilst living in the US or outside of Portugal.

We have trash cans in each bedroom as well as bathrooms and kitchen.Plus 1 more in the living room.

I’ve been renovating my live in flip and didn’t put enough effort when I first listed the property.

I see a few abandoned nursing home type places in rural areas, and always think as I drive by, would a good repurpose of them being senior living, or veteran living, or just plain affordable housing living? 

But the average politician doesn’t want renters living in houses in their neighborhood.

It's also unlikely that you can convert a single-family home into a community center (not sure if you mean an actual community center or co-living space).

New roof, exterior painting, new flooring, bathroom updates, finished new living space What was the outcome?

Here, there are lives at stake.

Something like a live in flip/fixer to eventually become your next STR.
