The only bit I'm not sure about is the landlord insurance --  so I'll work to get that sorted.Really excited to get the wheels turning, here.Again, super grateful for your help as far as thinking through the details. 

We do not know where our passions lie at this time but am looking for ways to invest and love the idea of house flipping and STR, but honestly so open and excited to learn about it all. 

My husband and I recently made our first investment property purchase, and we are excited to keep growing.

The program is good but the community is outstanding they will expedite your understanding of the business help you/ your business grow exponentially - so far I recommend completely  - 2 weeks in and I already have 2 potential deals which I am following up on this weekend (doing this part time) either way I was very skeptical and now I am extremely excited and hopeful every single day, I know 2 weeks isn't a whole lot to go off of, but I plan to make a post when I assign my first contract!!

I never heard why but a big name local developer bought that land and the plans so I'm excited to see what he does. 

Excited to get started with real estate investing and network with likeminded people.
