I don't think that spell check has been removed - there are a couple of great ways to use software to make yourself appear smarter than you are.My favorite is Grammarly - it checks your spelling and capitalization/punctuation.

Also learn how to find owners of properties (start at your county tax/assessor's office) that appear vacant or need work (look for tarps on roofs, overgrown grass/weeds, boarded up windows, etc.).Good luck!

If properties sit for awhile and properties are constantly reducing in price then appears more of a buyers market.

There appears to only be a few other TDY rentals in the community (less than 50) and the property management company I spoke with estimates about 85% occupancy.
