CList is FLOODED with lots of random/shady ads where it seems many/most of the listers offering services (ie, painters) only want to be contacted by 'anonymous email'.what i look for is at least a business number, if it is a business offering a product/service!

Since my units are a C-class, I also suggest a drive-by so they are not unpleasantly surprised by the neighborhood when they attend the showing, and just keep on driving by anonymously as I wait outside.

The added benefit of using a land trust in this way is that you can also remove your personal name from the pubic record if you have an attorney sign as the Nominee Trustee, adding an additional layer of anonymity to your strategy.
