You should try to attend the investment meetings in Yorba Linda.

Lineman and JWC are the best management companies in the area my property is managed through JWC Jim Wright is a major a** but you never have to worry about getting paid or lied to.

You should be looking for RE-specialization, not necessarily geographical location.My 2 favorite BP accountants are @Linda Weygant and @Brandon Hall.

A group of new and experienced investors get together monthly in Yorba Linda to share information like this.
