Anyone keeping up with this design trend?  Either the light cabinets with a dark island for contrast, or the dark cabinets and the white island for contrast?Will this be something that we look back in 10 years and say...

Do you have a source for your info that specifically states that you can trade a mortgaged property for a paid in full one and vice versa?

Or do you focus on areas more likely to sell vs rent, or vice versa, based off your preferred investment strategy?

It may be flipping gets you to your goals more so than buying rentals, or vice versa. 

I don't know your market but typical ways to add value are to convert a single family to multifamily or vice versa, create a master suite or add square footage.Keep plugging away, real estate is a numbers game.

A city that's good for investing still has areas that are terrible, and vice versa. 

An addition, in vice versa, big investment and potentially high returns.
