Hey everyone! I was just wondering about the specifics of renting vs owning in Houston, Texas. I am looking to specialize in flipping houses, but should I consider renting houses as well? If so, what are the pros and cons? Thanks!

Start with your why. Create your goals and be as specific as possible. Then create a plan to get there. It may be flipping gets you to your goals more so than buying rentals, or vice versa.

Without goals you'll fall victim to the shiny object syndrome, where you keep aimlessly chasing deals (which I did).

Goal setting is the first, and arguably the most inportant aspect.

Begin with the end in mind.
