Newbie From Texas!

Hello everyone! My name is Jamie and I reside in Southeast Texas. Born and raised in Louisiana. I am 38 and married to my wonderful wife for 5 years this past January 2nd. We have 3 children. 2 daughters, 15 and 10 and a cool dude thats 4. I am a Process Operator at a local Chemical Plant. My wife is in the process of getting her Real Estate License. Ive always been interested in obtaining rental property, but life had other plans for me, gotta love those curve balls lol. But now that I am closer to being in a position to get r done, Ive gotten more serious in learning all that I can. Im looking to step out into Buy and Hold with rental income and later, maybe get into some Fix n Flips. Or vice versa, Anyhow Im glad I stumbled upon Bigger Pockets in my Google search and hope to connect and get to know some of you :).
