Location: North Jersey, 15 min outside the city with public transport options - heavily populated and rent heavy neighborhood. 

Two major transportation options here too (Grove St. light rail and Watsessing Ave. train station). 

Very familiar with Hudson County and its all about the transportation.

I considered buying it to do what my original goal was, which is a place to live personally with enough space to put a house for my mother in law and some garages/carports to house my vehicles ( I am in the ground transportation business).
