It primarily needs cosmetic work, removal of wall texturing, paint, floors, carpet, master bath renovation, cohesive hardware etc.

This would enhance the value considerably.

I’ve heard of this being done but not sure how it works and the legality of it in order to make revenue and also enhance the community buy rehabbing these abandoned homes and renting or selling them.
