Newbie in the Dallas Area

Hi all!  I am a new investors from the North Dallas area and I recently went Pro here on BiggerPockets.  My GF is a savvy Real Estate Agent who will be investing with me.  We recently placed a single family home under contract in the Plano TX area and are looking to live in it while we flip it.  It primarily needs cosmetic work, removal of wall texturing, paint, floors, carpet, master bath renovation, cohesive hardware etc.  In fact does anyone have any references for a good low cost general contractor that we could get estimates from? Thanks!
