I already use quickbooks, but it looks like I can reconfigure it to tailor to property management a little better. 

For example, I have had several clients contact me, I do all the legwork, finding properties that meet their criteria, creating searches, tailoring searches, seeing properties, doing numbers, submitting contracts.
