WA State Real Estate License & NWMLS Access Question

Hello BP Friends!

My wife and I are just getting started in planning for rehabbing houses for profit. We are wondering if it would be beneficial for her to get her real estate license in order for us to gain access to the NWMLS as well as to represent us as an agent when we get the process down.

She currently works for a commercial real estate company, but is not a broker. The company would allow her to hang her license with them, but would she be able to get on the NWMLS, or does the company have to be a member of the NWMLS?

If we can't find a solution here, we will probably just contact the NWMLS, but thought we'd ask the knowledgeable people here at BP first!

Thanks in advance!
