However do not make the mistake of settling for that tenant.... you will pay for it most likely this year when you have to evict them because they damage the property ..... disturb the neighbors ..... don’t cut the grass.....don’t shovel the sidewalk ....... run up your water bill....I could go in and on.

The City would not let you do any of these things twenty years ago and now its Wild West for the builders with no, none, nada improvements in the street for sewage, sidewalks with curbing and especially parking and storm drainage.

It's hard to run when it is really cold or really hot outside.Optimal here is little to no wind about 75 with almost no humidity is perfect.This is only a few months out of the year here.I only run gravel compact at the park.The street sidewalks are bad on the joints and you inhale the car fumes.The treadmill at the gym is also bad impact on the knee joints.So I run when I can outside and then mix in the other items.This way I have indoor and outdoor exercises.You don't have an excuse and can stay consistent without mattering what they weather is doing.
