We moved here from DFW originally.

The original Idea was to convert the storage unit into a J-ADU, but since we don’t plan on being here after the garage conversions are done, the owner occupancy requirement for JADU will not be satisfied.

I had my original meeting via the phone last week and my follow up meeting also via the phone is today.

Apologies if this drifted from the topic of the original post but I think Joe’s question drives to the reason that I don’t have an easy way to slowly build up the experience that I asked about initially. 

If you have no US credit, lenders will want to verify to credit trade lines from your country of origin for the past 2 years.
