The bigger the gains...the more cautious I am.Many market have shown great appreciation, the goal now is to find the markets which historically are late to rise but have a pattern of eventually seeing similar appreciation.

I find that if I pick a beautiful backsplash pattern (like 4x12 white tile on the pure white Pius Quartz) that it looks really good.

I was going to give them a massive project after this but now I'm hesitant after seeing the shoddy work.The job is almost done and I've inspected it and it's some of the worst tiling work I've seen.Firstly there is meant to be a pattern maintained and the pattern has been abandoned.

It has been my experience some providers like the court houses provide civil data, e.g. evictions, quarterly which helps you understand an applicants historical rent pattern but when you need to know there most recent track record this missing data could potentially lead to problems making educated decisions which would be based on incomplete data.
