I am still new to BP and this is my first post. I am looking for an understanding and patience agent. I am looking for one in or around Illinois by St. Louis area. I am looking to buy only multifamily units. I have had no luck with my emails and calls to find one. As an agent, I get a lot of people who "want" to be an investor. My time is very valuable. You need to show the agent that you're a ready, willing, and able buyer. Not just a ready and willing buyer. Send proof of funds, mortgage preapproval, something to catch my eyes. I must get 5-15 emails a day from people who say they want to look at an investment property. I don't get off my chair until you
