As an agent, I get a lot of people who "want" to be an investor. My time is very valuable. You need to show the agent that you're a ready, willing, and able buyer. Not just a ready and willing buyer. Send proof of funds, mortgage preapproval, something to catch my eyes. I must get 5-15 emails a day from people who say they want to look at an investment property. I don't get off my chair until you
