She is currently a medical student and obligated to serve 8 years in the Air Force starting next year.

In most cases I disregard outstanding student loans and medical payments.I consider the minimum gross income to be 3X rent.

I have recently obtained my real estate license while being in the medical field for over 12 years.

Factor in things like vacations, replacing the car, medical expenses etc. 

I am noe medically recovering and do not do the typical 9 to 5.  

Hello BP Community,My name is Tyler, and I currently live in Roanoke, VA where I attend medical school.

I got involved with BP about 19 months ago when I was medically recovering and was looking for more flexibility than with a regular 9 to 5 job.  

This person was the Medical Manager at a large Hospital in my city, made great money, had a MBA degree, what did I miss??

I found BP about 19 months ago and I still am just learning while I recover from a heavy medical experience.in fact, the reason I found BP was because I was on-leave from work and knowing I would have to do something that was more flexible and was made up of something I would enjoy doing.  

Under a full guardianship that means we are untimately responsible for everything, income, expenses, housing and medical decisions, taxes, debts, mortgages, wills and estate planning, suing or being sued, investments, real property, unique asset liquidations like oil/gas leases, coins, fine art, notes, cars, foreign real estate, boats, wine, financial exploitation investigations including forensic accounting, criminal and civil trial testimony and recovery of funds when we are lucky, budgeting for liquidation of assets in order to fund medical and care expenses, (I could go on for hours); basically everything you can think of in your life... imagine someone else having to do that for you because you're incapacitated.In my work I'd estimate I've been involved in the sale of 300-400 properties, maybe 100 probate cases and many hundreds of guardianship and DPOA cases.
