In general though, I'm really surprised at the lack of innovation across cards here. 

I am working on my PhD and trying to find solutions developed by users as part of my research on user innovations and for a partnering company in Finland.

Are there any innovative strategies to enhance cash flow that you could share?

Hey all -Trying to think through some innovative ways to get started on the REI journey.  

I ask because I keep a comparison chart of real estate crowdfunding investments, and I’m constantly on the lookout for new and innovative platforms that I haven’t investigated yet.

This isn't the same as normal course of business and should not be treated as such.I think that instead of digging in our heels to pretend this is no big deal or digging in our heels to panic - there is a median we should follow that should have us all push for a more innovative approach to this that helps us all.  

The PropTech sector is booming, with innovations like virtual tours, augmented reality, and blockchain changing the way we buy, sell, and manage properties.

The RPA (Rental Property Association of Wi) is advocating for property owners, offers a Landlord Bootcamp for legal education (next in Nov) - also for property managers - so you have all the i's dottened, t's crossed on your forms.

In Nov 2014, my business group bought what I would graciously call a slum as our first foray into multi-unit.  

With that being said, I know the properties are still outthere, so I am hoping to pick up some new and innovative ways some of you guys have utilized to overcome this hurdle.
