In general people chose different paths to become syndicators:1) you can hire as mentor through an expensive educational program2) you can study on your own through books, podcasts, and networking and work your way up by starting buying large MFH on your own, becoming accredited, and then once you get the track record offering others to partner up with you3) you can invest passively in other people deals and learn indirectly while still doing #2 above4) find an experienced syndicator and offer to work for them for free while offering something that is of significant value to them.
