I would like to buy my first property with a low money down option (yes, I'm reading @Brandon Turner's book), and need to overcome the initial hurdle of fear and uncertainty as I dive into this new world of REI.

So far I think it does a good job of giving information but I skipped the first few chapters that are generally take action overcome your fears type stuff because I just wanted more info. 

Warren Buffet...greedy when others fearful, fearful when others greedy.  

I now have a good understanding of hard money and would use it as my last resort but the exit strategy is my fear...some hiccup leading to potential risk.  

If you worry too much about having a team behind you, and all ducks in a row, and all your fears completely gone, you will probably never get in the game.

I am really stumped on how to proceed, and I fear if I don't get it figured out soon, we will never begin the journey.

Fear will always lurk where there’s risk.

Fear is the only problem, but the solution to that is simple.

This question is all about fear, or at least it was for me back then.
