Running the numbers is just fine.

Get an appraisal and 3rd party building inspection and you should do fine.

Conventional is fine when you are just starting out, but as you get more and more, the DSCR becomes more of an asset.Good luck!

That works just fine for contract disputes, but it can be pierce pretty easily if there is negligence on the owners part.
