However, if you have multi-family apartments (30+) it is good to have a website (SEO - Search Engine Optimized) and place advertisements through Facebook and/or Google for raising general awareness depending on the demographics of the location.  

Be careful with properties for sale saying "ideal para inversores" (for investors) because it usually means it is risky and if you see this adversited at a real estate website it is very likely going to be overpriced.

It's mostly paperwork that a para-legal or admin can do and over the number of transactions that occur, adds up.The school district is always looking for funds so eventually they will catch up to you.

So I spent an additional $10k on web site redesign and SEO, and the results have been incredible.

EASY WAY - Spend a LOT of $ upfront for a GREAT website and spend a LOT of money monthly for SEO for your targeted area and put together a professional program for responding to the motivated sellers who contact you though your online presence.
