Less risk, same reward. 

When doing deals like this, you need to do a "Risk vs Reward Analysis".

Dividing the profits two or three ways will provide enough reward for me as I will end up doing a little less work than if by myself (and them also) plus I get to see the world from a different set of eyes and I think that is a good thing.  

And if I can gather my courage and wits and push through this mindset ... the rewards can be staggering ... and if they are not ... then I can always try again another day.  

If they cannot produce it then you need to weigh the risk versus reward.

I posted an ad in CraigsList recently offering a reward for property leads that turn into a deal I can close on.  

Stressful at times due to the uncertainty and rewarding at others when you score a deal or pack your bags and go.

Being an asset instead of a liability because everyday is an opportunity which is truly the reward.

But as they say, with risk - comes reward.

On a personal level, I thought Bigger Pockets would be a great place to join to help myself network with others in the real estate community, and hopefully ultimately find a stable and rewarding career in which I can put my current talents to use, and acquire new ones as well.
