Do you have guidance on setting up a self-managed IRA to purchase real estate for rental investments?  

Is anyone taking lead on setting this up?

Are cash-out refinances handled differently than traditional ones in that you can have more mortgages than otherwise entering into the transaction at the onset?

I plan on setting up two business structures for tax purposes.My question is what business structure would be good for the fix and flip business to operate under so that I minimize my taxes owed but also allows me to refi/ get loans for by buy and hold business. 

Focus on setting your strategy, criteria, and market. 

Traffic noise etc is also more prominent off a corner lot / intersection that a house in-between two other houses adding a sense of privacy (all depending on set back parameters and how much privacy is achieved). 

It hasn't worked from the onset.
