Hi all, I'm Shane. I bought my first house last year of college in 2010 and rented to roommates to cover my expenses. Now, that house is paid off, I've bought a new house and have roommates to cover expenses, and I'm renting to tenants in my old house.

For my day job, I'm an IT project manager. I enjoy real estate, but I am to keep this as a side job. So far, I'm interested in buy and hold. Id like to build passive income, starting in the Memphis area, and possibly find a business partner that is like-minded.

I found BP through searching on Google, but I didnt start reading up on the site until I started listening to the podcasts. Good stuff!
