The businesses are both fast food franchises which have been hurt by all of this and as of right now I don't know of any tenants that will not be paying rent.

That should be enough to pay your rent and put food on the table.

A typical tenant doesn't realize that your profit is just a small portion of their rent so they don't see it the way it actually is.Then why should anyone pay for food at the supermarket?
