Auto zones tend to have a larger footprint and go in former Rite Aid's, CVS's, etc.Possible might be a batteries plus store. 5 years off is a long way and nobody has a crystal ball.

We also do our own maintenance/turnovers when we can as we've found they charge a lot for labor, so things like re-screening windows, changing smoke alarm batteries, light fixtures, etc., can be ridiculously expensive if you let them do it.

The advice from the HVAC Guy that put the boiler in, was to leave the old manual T-Stat, because if a tenant moves out at midnight in January, the heat will still work, because they dont require batteries, like the digital ones do.
