With no appreciation, you will have less than 40% LTV and with modest appreciation you will have less than 30% LTV.

Hey @Patrick Braswell  You shouldn't have any issues getting a DSCR loan as long as you have at least 1 borrower who owns 20 to 25% of the property, or if a couple of you can get to that level combined.

some rates you can buy down permanently (maybe .5% or something) OR you can do a temporary buydown like I did.
