One consideration is that the market we are looking at is pretty hot so properties fly off if the offers are not all cash.

With respect to Tenant's back grounds, pets, rental history, job status etc etc we are always looking to learn but feel that aspect is strung and thorough.

The plan for the property would be to rent it monthly while we are not there and use it at least once a year for ourselves.

We are seeing a big uptick in second loans on the market, including those who own investment properties look to take equity out of an existing property by getting a second loan.

dont know Cleveland but do know Toledo  and we are finding the same kind of numbers there depends on the area  renovations and property management  If you have a good team on the ground Ohio is a great place to invest
