You really need to know your market, the metrics and KPIs of the types and class properties you're interested in so you can quickly analyze the numbers based on location and market conditions to determine if it warrants a second look.

You still have to go to court, and they require that you hire a local lawyer, but at least if the ticket is not resolved or someone misses a court date or notice gets mailed to wrong address, you don't end up with a warrant for your arrest under your name impacting background checks etc just because your tenant did not recycle properly.
