If you're not falling flat on your face a few times, then you're not trying hard enough.I know it can be frustrating when [several] life events happen but all you can do is keep getting up with a positive attitude and visualizing your goals.Have you done the "letter to yourself" goal strategy that I've mentioned in the past.  

Edison,A well staged home will sell, or rent, faster than an empty home: Most people simply do not have the ability to visualize the house filled with {their} furniture.In a really hot market, such as the lower mainland these days, homes are selling quickly enough that the extra effort and cost to stage may not payback with shorter time on market or bigger price.  

Like Eric said, its hard to tell that from what you've provided, but its usually pretty easy to tell from a visual inspection.

If, due to me still being in high school, all I can do In the real estate community is learn the stuff, then at least by the time I graduate, I'll be able enter college as both a part time student, and as a knowledgable part time house flipper.Besides real estate, art is my passion - martial, musical, visual, and literary.

Would a smaller mirror look better visually?

Not every case, but having vinyl allows you to hide such unwanted visuals.  

I treat my entire sales lead, prospecting and conversion process as a dynamic, never-ending quest for improving the system and devote Monday morning to Kaizen activity.

Anyway, the goal was to visually show the dollar effectiveness of a mailing campaign vs a targeted facebook ad campaign.
