Scout / Bird Dog Dynamics

BP investors,

I am currently putting together a business plan for a property scouting business in Atlantic Beach, FL, just outside of Jacksonville, FL. A few questions involving your experience with Property Scouts/Bird Dogs in the past:

How often do you communicate to your Property Scout?

How does your Property Scout present their information to you?

Other than the obvious (pictures, address, owner info, etc.), what information do you find helpful that a Scout may or may not give you?

Any and all advice will help tremendously, as I am new to the RE industry!
