Can anyone tell if this is weight bearing?

I am wanting to remove this wall. It doesn't seem like it is weight bearing, but It does seem like it is possible. There are stairs right across from it. Can anyone tell?

Even if somebody told you no on here.   I'd sure as hell call somebody out to verify.    Therefore negating any answer given on here .
