It's basically the same issue with tenants when they think you get to keep 100% of the rent they pay.Frankly the biggest issue for me personally in recent year is that family members start to hint about me providing financial support, in a substancial way, like help fund real estate. 

You cannot link my LLCs to me through Secretary of State website, unless I am uneducated enough listing myself as a registered agent, or having put my name or home address to Articles of Organization (hint: it requires a signature only, and a business address).Your statement about public domain is incorrect, because there are states where the info is not public, or is so limited as in MD example.

Everyone knows by now I HATE DMM but if people are going to use it anyways, at least here are my personal pointers and hints to increase success with it.Word of advice again...ONLY start DMM when your site is credible.
