i've been in analysis paralysis not wanting to squander this amazing cash out return I got on a property.I have been trying to figure out if i should look into loans and buying more property for less carry a mortgage and utilize that debt in the future, or just say screw it and buy a couple 100k-300k properties all cash and 1031 in 2-5 years.any input or guidance on helping me make my ADHD mind up would be great!

Because it sucks.Maybe they'll turn it around, but the current team they have working on it certainly seems to be one of their teams that spends all their time on back-end tech and none on user experience like all the other failed google products, so I'm not optimistic.

You are being VERY NAIVE if you seriously think someone is going to manage a $10k+ project and spend HOURS chasing contractors, checking on permits, verifying work is done properly before payment and trying to keep everyone on schedule - for no additional charge.Best of luck, just don't blame anyone but yourself when you find out the truth the hard way.
